RCR Unit For Rent: Unit #263 is located on Nectar Rd E in a central location
and is available Dec 1 2015 through January 5th 2016 and also the entire month
of April 2016. The rent will be $2300/mo which includes utilities.
The Unit features: It is a raised Lanai unit with entry into a screened Lanai.
Outside the unit there is a spacious paver area for quiet outdoor relaxation with
numerous tables and chairs. The unit has one master bedroom, a full bath, a
dishwasher, full kitchen and cooking supplies, and completely tiled flooring
throughout. It is well maintained and very clean. We would appreciate renters
with no pets, however children are welcome. The unit can sleep six adults since
